A classic high fermentation German beer, typical of the Cologne area (Köln in German). Light and pleasant, little known outside Germany

Alcoholic degrees: 5.0%
Suggested temperature: 6-10 degrees
 
Pairings: Pasta with sauce, cannelloni lasagna, pasta in broth, soups, fresh cheeses, fresh meats, game, blue fish, pizza.
Glass: Cylindrical.
Foam: Creamy and persistent.
Color: Light golden yellow.
Aroma: Classic fruity.
Taste: Initially the flavor of the malt is perceived, which is then covered by the aromas of the hops, finally by a bitter note that leaves the mouth pleasantly clean.
