White IPA - We made a wheat beer with Japanese hops, the Sorachi, which gives it a scent of mandarin and lemon, which makes it thirst-quenching for the hottest periods of the year.
 
Bottle size: 33 or 75cl
Alcoholic degrees: 5.6%
Suggested temperature: 5-8 degrees
 
Pairings: A seasonal beer with a limited edition that we like to call the beer of the meal to quench the thirst for beer at any time of the day.
Glass: Balloon, pint.
Foam: Creamy and persistent.
Color: Orange yellow.
Aroma: On the nose a herbaceous scent which then leaves room for fruit and citrus fruits, especially mandarin.
Taste: Although fruity, the beer is dry, with an almost astringent finish.
