Amber - Bitter Ale Style - Bitter Ale is known by some as the English national drink, although our Traversa beer, despite having bitter hints, is rather round with caramel notes.

Pairings: Sandwiches and tramezzini, stuffed focaccia, wood-fired porchetta, fresh cheeses, sausage and porcini mushrooms.

Foam: Creamy and persistent.
Color: Amber orange.
Aroma: On the nose a herbaceous, noble perfume.
Taste: The sweetish initial notes of caramel leave the limelight to the bitter / sweetness of English hops. The finish is dry.
